This website is the culmination of many years of suffering as a victim who has been subjected to nonstop depraved tactics by a taxpayer-funded Stasi-like operative in Canada, in addition to countless hours of research. It is like a jigsaw puzzle when all the pieces finally come together.
The puzzle pieces came together slowly. It took me a long time to realize that I was the target of a sadistic Stasi-like operative. Each puzzle piece led to greater comprehension of what was happening to me.
This website was created in a relatively short period of time. Due to time constraints, it may not be organized in the best manner. The point of the website is to present the information that needs to be presented, so organization is not the top priority. In addition, there may be redundancy throughout this website. Due to time constraints, not a lot of time was spent on editing. This website is meant to be sort of a draft with possible updates in the future.
I’m a male Canadian citizen of Chinese descent. I was born and raised in Canada. I graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Manitoba, and am licensed to practise law in Ontario. I will soon become licensed in Manitoba as well during the month of April, 2025.
I’m also an innocent victim that is the target of a sadistic Stasi-like operative. The Stasi-like operative is funded by Canadian taxpayers, but the vast majority of taxpayers have no idea that these Stasi-like operatives exist, what their activities consist of, and what their objective is.
I would like to clarify what I mean when I refer to Stasi-like operative. The Stasi-like operative is comprised of rogue elements of a taxpayer-funded organization in Canada. Often times, third-party contractors may be involved in carrying out activities as instructed by the Stasi-like operative. The Stasi-like operative is a unit that is comprised of anywhere from one to many individuals, depending on the context. In most cases, when I refer to Stasi-like operative, the operative is comprised of more than one person. I present my theory as to who the Stasi-like operative is about two-thirds into this website.
I believe that most individuals working for the taxpayer-funded organization are honest, law-abiding public servants. It is the rogue elements of the taxpayer-funded organization that administer and cover up the illegal, unconstitutional, and heinous human rights abuses that they perpetrate against me on a daily basis.
The Stasi-like operative operates with very little oversight, if any. The sadistic nature of their activities requires secrecy, which is why they operate in the shadows, and the vast majority of taxpayers are oblivious to their existence.
I am subjected to constant overt surveillance and harassment. The Stasi-like operative functions in shifts to cover a 24-hour period. Their presence is constant and year-round. The Stasi-like operative uses depraved tactics against me, which are also constant and year-round.
I did not want to create this website. The Stasi-like operative left me with no choice. Although the slides that I have disclosed are no longer secret in the sense that they have been widely published by major news agencies, I was initially reluctant to include them in this website. However, the illegal, often heinous human-rights abusing tactics that the Stasi-like operative uses against me, have necessitated that I include the slides to help illustrate the circumstances that I am in.
Once again, I would like to reiterate that I firmly believe that the majority of individuals who work at the Canadian taxpayer funded organization that also happens to employ the Stasi-like operative are honest and law-abiding citizens. The Stasi-like operative is made up of rogue elements of the Canadian tax-payer funded organization. The rogue elements are dishonest and do not abide by the laws of the land. They administer and cover up the tactics that they use against innocent people like myself who never should have been placed on a secret watchlist in the first place. I have done nothing wrong, and have had the misfortune of being placed on the watchlist due to a malicious school principal that I had a disagreement with many years ago that submitted a nomination. Whether a target is innocent or not, an individual should never have to experience the depraved tactics used to induce suicide in a target. The tactics that the Stasi-like operative has used against me deprive me of life, liberty, and security of the person. Due process, as enshrined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, means that no one can be deprived of life, liberty, and security of the person without following fair and established procedures. There can be no exception because the use of depraved tactics against targets is not in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice in a free and democratic society.
The reason that due process is required is that it protects individuals from arbitrary or unfair actions. Individuals who are placed on the secret watchlist and then subsequently subjected to depraved tactics designed to induce their suicide must have an opportunity to be heard and present their case. Individuals have to be notified that they are on a watchlist so they have the opportunity to respond to any allegations about them which resulted in their placement on the watchlist.
It is important to mention that the Stasi-like operative will continue using their depraved tactics against me until they have eliminated me. Placement on the watchlist is lifelong, and individuals placed on it are subjected to depraved tactics for the rest of their lives.
I was maliciously nominated for placement on the secret watchlist by a school administrator who was a school principal at the time, due to a disagreement that I had with him. It was the only time that I ever had to make a visit to a principal’s office.
In situations with secret, opaque, and maliciously driven nominations, a nominator can abuse their discretion by acting arbitrarily, without justification, to cause harm, all while shielded from accountability.
Here’s a breakdown of how this can occur:
Without transparency, a nominator can make a nomination that is not based on reason or evidence, but rather on personal biases and malice.
The absence of transparency means that there’s no need to provide a rationale for the nomination, allowing for the concealment of malicious intent. Even if a rationale was required, a nominator can submit a manufactured rationale to secure the nomination due to the lack of transparency.
In the absence of oversight, a nominator can use their power to harm others, without fear of repercussions.
A malicious nomination often involves withholding information that could expose the true motivations or consequences of the nomination.
Without transparency and scrutiny, nominators are less likely to be held accountable for their actions.
Once a person is placed on the secret watchlist, there is no way off of it. An individual placed on the watchlist will be subjected to tactics designed to induce suicide for the rest of their life. The tactics will escalate in severity as time goes on.
People are placed on the secret watchlist based on vague, overbroad, and often secret standards and evidence. As I discussed above, simply having a disagreement with a school administrator can result in you being placed on the watchlist. This has also happened to Robert Chu, a graduate of the medicine program at McMaster University, who was unable to obtain a medical residency after graduation and subsequently committed suicide. I can discuss a large number of other individuals who were placed on watchlists due to similar circumstances, but because of time constraints, I will not do so at this time.
An individual who is placed on the secret watchlist will get blacklisted from gainful employment.
There are three prongs that the Stasi-like operative assigned to a particular target will focus on. These prongs are character assassination, financial assassination, and physical assassination.
Character assassination involves smear campaigns. Paid actors and actresses in conjunction with deepfake technology are used to create compromising video and audio. Fake dossiers are circulated to psychologically manipulate others.
Financial assassination logically follows character assassination. After the target’s character has been assassinated, the target will be blacklisted from gainful employment, especially in the target’s chosen field of practice in which the target has studied and trained for a large number of years.
Physical assassination occurs if the Stasi-like operative is unable to compel the target to commit suicide. There are a variety of slow-kill assassination tactics that the Stasi-like operative uses to cause the target to die a premature death decades before the average age of death for men. Fast-kill assassination tactics are also employed on victims. These are often covered up.
As a victim of a stasi-like operative, I have experienced all of the above three prongs.
I am a licensed lawyer in Ontario. My Law Society of Ontario Member Number begins with the three digits 911. Unable to find employment as a lawyer in Ontario, I have decided to move to Manitoba. I will soon become a licensed lawyer in Manitoba during April of 2025.
I have decided to move to Manitoba because I would like to open a private practice to work on both private and legal aid certificate cases. While in Manitoba, I will continue to persistently look for employment as a lawyer. However, it is doubtful that I will be able to find any employment as a lawyer due to the blacklist that I have been placed on by virtue of being on a secret watchlist.
The Stasi-like operative will assassinate my character with the Legal Aid Manitoba Area Director of the geographic area that I choose to practise in. A fake dossier of me will be shown to the Area Director to psychologically manipulate the individual to decrease any legal aid certificate opportunities available to me as much as possible. My resulting inability to obtain sufficient legal aid certificates will be part of the Stasi-like operative’s financial assassination prong. I predict that I may receive only a few legal aid certificate cases within a twelve-month period, if any.
The Area Director is able to exercise discretion when approving choice of counsel by an applicant and when assigning available counsel in the Area Office district to a legal aid certificate case. The exercise of discretion can be abused in a manner that effectively denies me a sufficient number of legal aid certificate cases to maintain an economically viable law practice.
In the discussion of additional financial assassination tactics, I will be using slides leaked by Edward Snowden in 2013, which were subsequently widely published by major news agencies. These slides may be found on the American Civil Liberties Union website. The slides state that they are relevant to the USA and the Five Eyes group, which includes Canada. I am a victim of a Canadian taxpayer-funded Stasi-like operative.
The Stasi-like operative will sabotage my ability to communicate with any clients / potential clients. Clients / potential clients may be private or legal aid certificate clients / potential clients. I will refer to clients / potential clients as simply clients below. This can be accomplished by:
a) Hacking into my email account. Once in my email account, the Stasi-like operative can delete important emails from clients. The Stasi-like operative has overtly shown me that they can successfully hack into my email account and move received email to non-inbox folders so that they don’t appear in the inbox folder, and then move them back to the inbox folder after a period of time. A short time ago, I required the username and password to access a particular portal. I assumed it was not sent to me as a clerical oversight. I had to assume that the username was my email address and request a password reset so that the reset link would be sent to my email address. About a week after the reset link was sent to me, as I was scrolling through the email in my inbox folder, an email containing the username and password to access the portal was visible. However, it was not in bold. All unread email is in bold. The fact that it was not in bold indicates that the Stasi-like operative had read the contents. It was then moved to a non-inbox folder, and then moved back to the inbox folder about a week later. Occasionally, when I go to the security settings of Gmail to view which devices are connected to my Gmail account, it would be blank and not display any device, not even my own. I believe that the Stasi-like operative is behind that.
As can be seen in the three slides below, the Stasi-like operative may occasionally engage in operations that disrupt, limit, or delay the computer of a victim, which logically includes email.
b) Preventing clients from reaching me by phone. The Stasi-like operative has made it difficult for calls to get through to me. I have tried dialing my own phone number from a different phone. When my phone number is first dialed, there is a busy tone, even when my phone is powered off. I can only get through on the second call.
The “block, turn, fix, disrupt, limit, delay” slide above illustrates that the Stasi-like operative may engage in operations that block calls from getting through to a target.
c) Redirecting my outbound calls to a call centre that is staffed by operatives to harass me, so my time is wasted. The Stasi-like operative has redirected my calls on countless occasions.
The “block, turn, fix, disrupt, limit, delay” slide above illustrates that the Stasi-like operative may turn, which means redirect, communications.
d) Hacking my computer and phone so that I do not receive any important email and SMS messages. The Stasi-like operative possesses numerous tools to do this. The Stasi-like operative in Canada has all the tools that the National Security Agency in the United States has to hack computers and cell phones to remotely control them, thereby preventing important messages from being received. A diverse range of tools can be seen in the Advanced Network Technology (ANT) catalog leaked in 2013, which was subsequently widely published by major news agencies. It may be found on Wikipedia. Keep in mind that the technology within the ANT catalog is from 2008 to 2009, so the technology that the Stasi-like operative currently has is much more sophisticated.
The Stasi-like operative has overtly hacked my computer. It has disabled my keyboard, touchpad, and USB ports at times. It has caused keyboard characters to appear on my screen that I couldn’t have possibly typed. The Stasi-like operative has hacked my cable modem on numerous occasions, and has changed the settings. The cable modem’s WiFi has been enabled almost every time I enter the modem settings despite always setting the cable modem’s WiFi to the disabled position because I don’t use WiFi, having removed he WiFi card from the laptop. I only connect to the internet via Ethernet connection and never use WiFi on my cellphone. In addition, my browser has been hijacked at times. The pointer has on a few occasions had a mind of its own. I always have the most up to date version of the operating system installed, and reinstall the operating system frequently, but the overt hacking is still quite frequent. There are hardware implants within the devices that allow the Stasi-like operative to remotely control them via radio-frequency. The operating systems and software are compromised and have been replaced with rogue versions.
On many occasions, when I check my IP address, it would display an IP address that is not mine. When I check it again, it reverts back to my usual IP address. I do not know whether this is just a harassment tactic that the Stasi-like operative is using against me, or whether there is a more sinister reason that the Stasi-like operative keeps on changing my IP address to one that is not mine. After writing about my IP address being mysteriously changed to one that is not mine, the changing of my IP address to one that is not mine has stopped occurring during the past few times that I have checked. The changing of my IP address to one that is not mine may still be occurring, but it may not be as noticeable to me now because the Stasi-like operative may have become more adept at changing it back to my actual IP address before I notice that it has been changed.
The following six figures are only several of numerous tools within the Advanced Network Technology (ANT) catalog that can be implanted within cell phones and computers, or used externally without access to the devices to compromise them.
e) Manipulating documents within devices. The Stasi-like operative has manipulated text documents in the past, even on computers that are not connected to the internet.
There are a number of ways that the Stasi-like operative can install hardware implants on devices.
1. The Stasi-like operative coerces the retail store to allow rogue software and hardware to be installed onto the laptop that I have chosen. This is the reason that it always takes longer than half an hour to purchase a new laptop after I have made a selection at the retail store. The same thing happens when I purchase a mobile phone.
2. The process of interdiction involves the interception of a computer or mobile phone delivery in order to plant rogue software and hardware. It basically allows the Stasi-like operative to have God-Mode capabilities on the target’s device. The tactics used in Canada are the same as the tactics used in the United States. 3. When the target leaves an electronic device at home, the Stasi-like operative will surreptitiously enter the target's home in order to install rogue software and implant hardware on the electronic device.
Financial assassination can be accomplished by emailing or texting individuals and businesses while impersonating me. The Stasi-like operative can also hack my business website and change things, such as photos or information within it. In addition, fake Google reviews from individuals purporting to be my clients can be created. The figure below leaked by Edward Snowden illustrates the tactics employed by the Stasi-like operative. As can be seen at the bottom of the figure, the tactics are shared and may be used by any member of the Five Eyes group, of which Canada is a part of.
A second figure illustrating tactics for ruining a business is shown below. The objective of the tactics is to ruin business relationships and to prevent deals from being created. In my context, the Stasi-like operative will prevent a solicitor-client relationship from being created so that I do not retain any clients, which would be a source of revenue for my law firm. The figure also illustrates that a victim’s business can be ruined by posting negative information about the business, such as fake Google reviews to drive away potential clients.
Because financial assassination logically follows character assassination of the victim, the Stasi-like operative expends a great amount of resources for carrying out character assassination.
The character assassination prong ensures that I will be unable to find any employment as a lawyer. In addition, this prong ensures that I won’t have any clients to generate revenue from in my law practice. There will also be a lack of referrals from other lawyers. Another consequence is that the Legal Aid Manitoba Area Director won’t approve a legal aid applicant’s choice of me as their counsel, and won’t assign me as counsel to a legal aid certificate case when I am available in the Area Office district.
The figure below is a document leaked by Edward Snowden. It is an outline of the tactics that the Stasi-like operative uses to assassinate a victim’s character and finances. A false flag operation is an act or event staged to appear as if it was committed by another party. This type of tactic can be used to destroy personal and business relationships. A consequence of this tactic is that there will be no referral of clients from other lawyers, and no repeat clients. Legal aid certificate cases will be denied by the Legal Aid Manitoba Area Director. In addition, potential clients will look elsewhere for a lawyer, and current clients will end the solicitor-client relationship.
To assassinate the character of the victim, the Stasi-like operative will create fake photos of the victim in compromising situations. In addition, deepfake technology harnessing the power of artificial intelligence is used to fabricate compromising audio and video. Pre-existing audio and video of the victim is required, which is then manipulated to create the fabricated audio and video that is used to discredit the victim.
I will be using a number of slides to illustrate the character assassination prong. The slides were originally leaked by Edward Snowden, but were then widely published by major news agencies around the world. In the slides, notice the header and footer have the caption “Secret//SI/Rel to USA, FVEY”. This means that the slides are relevant to the United States and Five Eyes. Five Eyes is a group of five nations, and Canada is a part of it.
In the slide below, there is a picture of four men lifting a tank about three feet above the ground with nothing but their physical strength. The picture looks real, but is obviously fake because it is physically impossible for four men to lift a tank above the ground with their bare hands.
The Stasi-like operative regularly creates fake photos of me in compromising situations to insert into the fake dossiers that it circulates to everyone that I have contact with. The fake dossiers are used to discredit me, and to ruin personal and business relationships. Ruined relationships logically lead to financial assassination.
In addition, the fake dossiers are part of the Stasi-like operative’s PSYOPS (psychological operations) where it psychologically manipulates others to do things that they wouldn’t ordinarily do to another person. These things include blacklisting and harassing the victim. This is what has happened to me. It is very difficult, if not impossible, for me to make a living as a blacklisted individual. Classmates and coworkers who have been given these fake dossiers will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and if needed, will be called upon to harass me. The harassment is a tactic that is used to induce suicide in the victim.

The slide below illustrates the map of technologies that the Stasi-like operative in Canada can use to discredit a victim. The Stasi-like operative can hack a target’s website, blog, Facebook page, LinkedIn account, or Twitter account. The Stasi-like operative can send emails to everyone on the victim’s email contact list, and make it appear as though those emails were sent by the victim. SMS messages can be spoofed. In addition, fake phone voice messages can be created by the Stasi-like operative using artificial intelligence technology.

The rogue operative knows the trajectory that I am going to be taking after having purchased groceries at a grocery store within a mall. They are always looking for opportunities to orchestrate smear campaign skits which are filmed, so that they can be shown to individuals in order to psychologically manipulate the individuals into doing things that they normally wouldn’t do to an innocent target.
The pictures above were obtained from video recorded with a body camera that I was wearing.
In the first picture at 11:54:18, a paid actor with wireless earbuds walks into the mall just steps ahead of me. He knows when to enter the mall because he is relayed instructions through the earbuds. The earbuds have been modified to receive radio transmissions.
In the second picture at 11:54:30, a second paid actor wearing clothing resembling that of a generic security guard is relayed instructions to enter the scene. He has been waiting there for a while, and takes a step or two forward, then stops. Notice the white coloured earbuds that the first actor is wearing. In addition, notice that the clothing the first actor is wearing is different from everyone else. It is December 9 in Toronto, and it is very cold outside. Everyone else is bundled up for the winter, but this actor is wearing summer clothing. He didn’t even have his jacket on when he entered the mall.
There is another paid individual in the frame. The individual wearing the black cap, dark coloured clothing, and a cane in his right hand stands still in that pose until everything the Stasi-like operative needs has been captured on video. His cap has a hidden camera. The cane is used for stability, so there is no shaking. Notice that the individual’s feet are also spread apart in a perpendicular manner. This further increases stability as the hidden camera within the man’s cap records the smear campaign skit. The Stasi-like operative intends to use the video captured from the hidden camera and present it to unwitting individuals as surveillance footage from the mall.
In picture three at 11:54:34, the first actor wearing summer clothing is relayed instructions to completely turn around and stare at me. At this point, I have just passed the second actor wearing fake security guard clothing. He will have his arm stretched out as though he is about to grab me. This is not captured on my body camera because it only faces forward.
The Stasi-like operative has done similar skits as this one to me numerous times in the past. They have had fake security guards stand inches behind my back. On one occasion, they had an actor wearing a fake security guard jacket put his hand directly on my shoulder after I had boarded a municipal bus. The purpose was to create footage as though I had shoplifted from a store, and had just been apprehended by a security guard.

The Stasi-like operative in the pictures above is enacting a smear campaign skit that is being recorded through a hidden camera located within the black cap of the man with the cane. There are multiple hidden lenses, so multiple viewpoints can be captured. The Stasi-like operative’s intention is to paint me as gay, even though I am not. There is nothing wrong with being gay, but there are still a large number of people in our society who frown upon it. The smear campaign skit is used to manufacture video that is then shown to individuals who resent gay people and turn them against me even though I’m not gay. I am a straight man. This is how the Stasi-like operative’s psychological operations work.
There are two scenarios that the Stasi-like operative is able to present through the smear campaign skit.
First, the Stasi-like operative can manufacture video purporting that I am stalking a juvenile who is only about 15 years of age. Notice that the position of the man with the cane would not enable the hidden camera in the man’s black cap to record that the actor dressed in summer clothing had just entered the mall only fifteen seconds ago. The Stasi-like operative would manufacture a narrative that I had been stalking the actor for minutes, possibly even longer. The outstretched hand of the second actor dressed in clothing resembling a generic security guard would be explained as a security guard apprehending me for violating some law. The Stasi-like operative operates through deceit and subterfuge. The entire backbone of their program hinges on lies and slander that they manufacture about the target.
Second, the Stasi-like operative can create a narrative from video captured from a different vantage point purporting that the actor wearing only a T-shirt is a prostitute and that the man with the cane is a pimp. The actor in the T-shirt appears to be only about 15. A manufactured narrative could state that I purchased services. As you can see, this smear campaign skit paints me in a very negative light no matter how you spin it.
Third, the Stasi-like operative can create a narrative purporting that the actor wearing the clothing of a generic security guard is apprehending me for shoplifting at the grocery store because at this moment in time I’m carrying two large grocery bags. The actor in the T-shirt turning around can be explained as a bystander turning around to see what the commotion is.
The point is that there are many different narratives that can be created from a single smear campaign skit. Whichever story is manufactured depends on the person or group that the Stasi-like operative is aiming to turn against me, an innocent target.
The Stasi-like operative has been conducting smear campaign skits of this nature on me for many years. It’s how they psychologically manipulate potential employers to blacklist me. Fake dossiers featuring these manufactured scenarios that paint me in a negative light are used to destroy personal and business relationships. A consequence of this is that I tend to be treated poorly by people who are shown these fake dossiers.
I’m now going to depict a second type of smear campaign skit that the Stasi-like operative constantly perpetrates against me that is similar to the one just described. One reason that the Stasi-like operative constantly creates new smear campaign skits is because it needs to create ones that match the clothing that I’m wearing, and the length of my hair, so that it is current. The more current the manufactured smear campaign skit is, the more optimal it is in psychologically manipulating others into doing things that they normally wouldn’t do to an innocent target. One of the things that most people are reluctant to do is harass a classmate or coworker. The Stasi-like operative relies on manufactured evidence, false flag operations, and smears spread by them about the innocent target in order to ruin the target’s relationships with doctors, classmates, coworkers, employers, friends, and family.
Another type of smear campaign skit that the Stasi-like operative has perpetrated against me on numerous occasions is have a short individual who is less than five feet tall wear a hood and sit next to me or stand next to me. By next to me, I mean inches to a foot away from me.
In the first picture above, notice that the individual has a thick moustache and a thick goatee, which can be seen at the edge of the hood.
The Stasi-like operative pays short individuals below five feet in height to sit or stand next to me. They often have them do this while I am paying for groceries, while I am placing paid-for groceries in the shopping cart, or while I have them placed on a bench waiting for the bus. The Stasi-like operative has someone recording at this moment. The recording is used to manufacture a narrative for a smear campaign. They will manufacture a scenario that I had purchased candy or some other items for a young individual, and the individual is now waiting for the bus with me, or waiting for me to pay for the items and then go home with me.
The video of the smear campaign skit is shown to a person or group that the Stasi-like operative wants to psychologically manipulate into doing something that this person or group would normally be reluctant to do to me. The actor whose face is covered by a hood is actually a grown man who is vertically challenged. Only the back and sides of the actor will be shown in the video. If the front must be shown, it will be digitally altered with the face of a juvenile pasted in place of the original actor’s face. Photos will be better than videos in meeting the needs of the Stasi-like operative’s smear campaign skit if the front must be shown.
In the two pictures above, I had just purchased groceries from a grocery store, and had placed several grocery bags onto the bench-like structure while I waited for the bus to arrive. A short while later, the Stasi-like operative sent a short man with a hood covering his entire head to sit two inches away from my grocery bags. I had to move away from the man. This type of situation happens to me constantly. It was very warm on this particular day. The man stood out from everyone else waiting for the bus because he was the only one who had his entire head covered up.
The Stasi-like operative is likely to use the video to manufacture a narrative that I had purchased the services of a juvenile, and the juvenile is following me home. In actual fact, as shown in the first of the two pictures above, the “juvenile” is actually a grown man that is vertically challenged.
As part of the Stasi-like operative's tactics of deception, it may manufacture fake audio and fake video of me and present them as live audio and live video of me to individuals and entities that the Stasi-like operative intends to deceive.
After a particular date, the Stasi-like operative has managed to sabotage my body camera on almost every occasion when it orchestrates a smear campaign skit. The recorded video that would have captured the smear campaign skit becomes corrupted, and therefore unreadable. All other recorded video that doesn’t involve the smear campaign skit are not corrupted.
The corrupted video recordings began to appear after I had written my in-person Ontario barrister licensing examination. I had to leave the body camera for the first time unattended at my apartment. I believe the Stasi-like operative did something to the body camera or switched it for a different but identical-looking body camera. After doing so, the Stasi-like operative would be able to send a radio frequency command to the body camera to instruct it to create a corrupted video recording at the moment they are orchestrating a smear campaign skit.
The body camera creates video recordings in ten minute increments, so one hour of continuous recording would result in six separate video recordings.
The corrupted video recordings happen when the Stasi-like operative has a small male child make an ear-splitting scream or cry shortly after I have walked by. The small male child is always accompanied by a woman wearing a veil concealing most of her face. The smear campaign skit involves me walking past the small male child, the veiled woman would then crouch at the level of the small male child, and then whisper something into the small male child’s ear. Afterwards, the small male child would make an ear-splitting scream or start crying. The two are obviously actors, and are receiving instructions from their handler via inner-ear radio pieces. Their handler is the Stasi-like operative. These encounters are recorded by the Stasi-like operative. The use of a small male child is used to paint me as gay, even though I am not, and to paint me as some sort of offender, even though I am not.
The Stasi-like operative has used the above scenario many times. It has used it in department stores, grocery stores, and while I am walking up a flight of stairs. The Stasi-like operative makes it appear as though I am meeting the two actors, and they were waiting for me to arrive. They are mostly just standing around without any store items or sitting on the steps of a flight of stairs. If they are standing around, once they see me, they will walk toward me. They will make every effort to make it appear as though I am interacting with them. The small male child would always be wearing clothing that does not fit the weather and circumstances. They will always be underdressed. In winter, the small male child would be wearing pajamas or a flimsy shirt and pants. The woman in the veil would always be underdressed, too. She would not have a coat on when everyone else in the store is wearing a winter coat or parka.
The Stasi-like operative would also have small male children run past me while wearing pajamas while I am carrying grocery bags after having shopped at a grocery store at a mall. The small male children would dart out of nowhere especially out of recessed areas that are hidden from sight when walking along a mall’s concourse. If I had seen the small male children dressed like that I would have avoided walking in that direction. The Stasi-like operative most likely would digitally add screaming sounds of small children into the recorded video afterwards as a smear campaign.
On other occasions, because the Stasi-like operative knows the trajectory that I am walking along, it would have a minivan with the sliding door partially open parked along a street, and then shortly after I walk by the minivan, there would be what sound like small children crying emanating from within the van.
The above scenarios are all smear campaign skits orchestrated by the Stasi-like operative to paint me as gay, even though I am not, and to paint me as some sort of offender, even though I am not. These actions by the Stasi-like operative are analogous to a police officer planting drugs or weapons on an accused person.
When I try to play the corrupted video recording, the following error message appears. “Playback was terminated abnormally. Reason: unrecognized file format”. The picture below is a screenshot of the error message. I have tried to play the corrupted video recording using a variety of video players, and have even tried to repair it using a multitude of programs. However, it cannot be played or repaired. This makes sense because if the Stasi-like operative is going to corrupt a video recording of them orchestrating a smear campaign skit, they wouldn’t leave a corrupted video recording that can be repaired.
The Stasi-like operative has managed to sabotage one 128 GB Micro SD Card and a 256 GB Micro SD Card. These are the only two that I know of. There may be other Micro SD Cards that I have that have been sabotaged.
The 128 GB Micro SD Card’s capacity was entirely used up due to body camera video recordings over a long period of time. I had left it unattended in my apartment when I wrote the in-person Ontario barrister licensing examination. I believe that the Stasi-like operative switched the 128 GB Micro SD Card with a different one. The 128 GB Micro SD Card can no longer be detected by the computer. It is as though it doesn’t even exist.
The 256 GB Micro SD Card was sabotaged several years ago when I was living in a different apartment prior to my current apartment. The 256 GB Micro SD Card’s capacity was also entirely used up due to body camera video recordings over a long period of time. The 256 GB Micro SD Card can be detected by the computer, but all of the the data within it has been corrupted and is unreadable.
The Stasi-like operative makes use of actors that have the same height and hairstyle as me, and similar facial features as part of its character assassination prong. These actors are made to dress in the same outfits that I usually wear and participate in questionable activities. The questionable activities are smear campaign skits that make use of a variety of actors and actresses. The objective is to smear me, the victim. Photos or videos of these smear campaign skits are shown to people in order to ruin personal and business relationships. Zoomed-in photos of the smear campaign skits are digitally altered with an actual photo of my face inserted.
I do not have a car. I walk and take the bus almost all the time. On very rare occasions, I rent a car.
During December of 2021, I rented a car. I had carefully inspected both the exterior and interior of the car before I drove it off the rental lot. I drove directly from the rental lot to Walmart in order to purchase groceries. When I returned after spending a considerable amount of time in the store, I discovered two child-sized items of clothing in the back seat area of the car. The clothing items were not present in the back seat area of the car at the time of my inspection prior to leaving the rental lot.
I do not want to speculate as to why the Stasi-like operative planted the child-sized items of clothing in the back seat area of my rental car during December of 2021, but I can only assume that it was for a nefarious purpose.
The character assassination perpetrated by the Stasi-like operative occurs internationally as well. It does not stop within Canada's borders. The Stasi-like operative appends a fake dossier to the target's passport number, so that each time the target's passport is scanned, such as when entering another country, the border official is alerted to the presence of the fake dossier.
A consequence of the attachment of a fake dossier to the target's passport number is that during the target's stay in the other country, the target will be subjected to overt surveillance, and most likely harassment as well. Suffice to say, the Stasi-like operative makes sure that it is impossible for the target to obtain employment in other countries.
I will not discuss the physical assassination prong in detail. I will only confirm that the Stasi-like operative is engaging in slow-kill assassination tactics that will ensure that I die prematurely before the average age of death for men in Canada, which is over 80 years.
In addition, I will only confirm that the operative has on at least two occasions engaged in fast-kill assassination tactics to instantly eliminate me. One of these occasions involved a vehicle while I was on the sidewalk, which narrowly missed me by only about a few inches. The second of these occasions was partially successful. It did not involve a vehicle, but involved an individual during April of 2024. I suffered injuries due to the actions of the individual. The Stasi-like operative has covered up the incident involving the individual as best as it can.
Graduate of McMaster University Medicine Program Ethnic Origin: Chinese Date of Death: September 12, 2016
Robert Chu was a 2015 graduate of the medicine program at McMaster University. He was unable to obtain a medical residency necessary to become a licensed physician in Canada.
Robert Chu did not realize that he was a victim due to his placement on a secret watchlist in Canada. The program uses tactics to induce targets to commit suicide. The program is designed to destroy the individual through social and professional failures.
His placement on the secret watchlist was most probably due to a disagreement with a school administrator. According to the Toronto Star, Robert Chu “was very tenacious. He would always fight for what he believed in, on anything...He had once challenged a high school principal who tried to prevent him from writing an article as editor of the school paper”.
Many school administrators have the ability to nominate an individual to be placed on a secret watchlist, which is what I believe happened to Robert Chu after challenging his high school principal.
I also had a disagreement with a school principal. I was subsequently nominated by the school principal for placement on a secret watchlist. The tactics used against me by virtue of being on the watchlist have escalated in severity over the years.
There is no way to remove oneself from the watchlist. It is a permanent placement with no appeal process. Because of the secret nature of the watchlist and the illegal, often human rights violating, tactics used by the Stasi-like operatives assigned to the victim, there is no notification that one has been placed on such a watchlist, and there is no way to confirm one’s placement on it.
I was able to obtain an experiential training position after graduating from law school in order to obtain a license to practice law in Ontario because Ontario has a program that offers 100% placement. Therefore, there was no way for the Stasi-like operative to blacklist me so that I wouldn’t be able to obtain an experiential training placement. I had to work much harder than the average individual in the program though because the Stasi-like operative constantly tried to sabotage me so that I wouldn’t be able to complete my experiential training.
Now that my experiential training has been completed, and having passed the Ontario barrister and solicitor licensing examinations, I am feeling the brunt of the blacklist that the Stasi-like operative has imposed on me. There obviously is no 100% employment program for licensed lawyers in Canada.
2021 Graduate of University of Manitoba Law Program Ethnic Origin: South Asian Date of Death: August 11, 2021 (two months after graduating with JD degree)
Darius graduated from the law program at the University of Manitoba in 2021. I shared a few classes with him. Because the Stasi-like operative circulates fake dossiers about me to everyone I have contact with, just by virtue of being my classmate, he would have received a fake dossier of me as part of the character assassination prong. He would have had to sign a non-disclosure agreement with respect to the fake dossier and, if needed, participation in the harassment of me. The fake dossier is used to psychologically manipulate individuals so that they would cooperate in the harassment of me, if called upon. The purpose of the harassment would be under the guise of national security / public safety, which is used as a bogus rationale. He probably investigated too deeply about the nature of the dossier and other documents. His investigation would have displeased the Stasi-like operative, which keeps tabs on what everyone within my orbit is doing. This would have made Darius a candidate for placement on the secret watchlist, and therefore a target. The Stasi-like operative can vary the intensity of its tactics on victims. As a relatively new target depending on when he was placed on the watchlist, he would not have been able to cope if maximum-intensity tactics were used on him. Because the tactics are designed to induce targets to commit suicide, this may be the reason that he did so.
Darius had many things to live for at the time of his death. He had recently graduated with a JD degree, he was in the process of completing his articling at a law firm, and he had just gotten married.
Darius probably knew that the Stasi-like operative was doing illegal things, and he probably was going to or had already disclosed a few things on the most popular forum used by the Canadian legal community at the time known as lawstudents.ca. After sixteen years online, the administrator of the forum abruptly closed it on June 11, 2021. The explanation for not selling the site provided by the administrator was that “a transfer would not be feasible for ensuring the integrity and safekeeping of the purposefully anonymous user base and information shared within the site”. The administrator also stated that “increasing technical challenges and costs” caused him to close the forum. The real reason for closing the forum is probably rather sinister as it probably relates to the Stasi-like operative working behind the scenes and using its psychological operations tactics to compel the administrator to close the forum down.
2021 Graduate of University of Manitoba Law Program Ethnic Origin: Latin American Date of Death: November 26, 2021 (five months after graduating with JD degree)
As a classmate of mine, Ana Eichstaedt would also have received a fake dossier of me from the Stasi-like operative as part of the character assassination prong. She would also have received other documents. A non-disclosure agreement would be required asking her to not disclose anything. As I explained above, the fake dossier is a psychological manipulation ploy used by the Stasi-like operative to gain compliance from people who could potentially be used to harass me. The purpose of the harassment would be under the guise of national security / public safety, which is used as a bogus rationale. She probably investigated too deeply about the fake dossier and other documents, and this would have displeased the Stasi-like operative which keeps tabs on everyone within my orbit.
She would have been placed on the secret watchlist, and as a target, would have been subjected to tactics that are designed to induce suicide.
Ana had many things to live for at the time of her death. She was on her way to becoming a lawyer, and she had a son and a husband.
The last course that Darius, Ana, and me took together took place from January to April of 2021.
The deaths of the two law school graduates in 2021 are a statistical anomaly. No other law school in Canada has experienced anything remotely similar to this in the past few decades. The closure of the most popular forum used by the Canadian legal community, lawstudents.ca, shortly before their deaths, is perhaps not a coincidence.
The Stasi-like operative has a multitude of tactics that it can use to induce suicide in targets. For example, it can frighten the target by having operatives wear menacing outfits and appear everywhere that the target is.
The following pictures are examples of operatives wearing menacing outfits that were sent to intimidate me.
Notice that the individual dressed in the green parka in the third and fourth pictures above at 12:08:25 boarded the bus at the rear of the bus while everyone else boarded the bus at the front of the bus. The Stasi-like operative knows that I prefer to sit at the back of the bus, so it sent an individual dressed in a menacing fashion to occupy one of the back seats before I arrived there at 12:08:52. Notice that no one else on the bus is wearing sunglasses and has their entire head concealed. When individuals dressed like that appear everywhere that the target is, it can be quite intimidating.
Aside from the intimidation of targets, there are numerous other tactics that the Stasi-like operative has at its disposal.
For example, the Stasi-like operative can spray drops of corrosive liquid on a target’s face. The Stasi-like operative did this to me during September of 2017. The scars from where the drops landed on my face are still visible and palpable.

It is not surprising that Robert Chu, Darius Maharaj Hunter, Ana Eichstaedt, and myself are ethnic minorities. The vast majority of individuals placed on the secret watchlist are ethnic minorities despite ethnic minorities only making up a fraction of Canada’s population.
People placed on the watchlist are subjected to an escalating severity of tactics over time. The objective is to have the individual on the watchlist commit suicide. As explained earlier, a combination of things are done to the target. These encompass character assassination, financial assassination, as well as harassment tactics while out in public and within one’s home. If the target doesn’t commit suicide over a certain period of time, the physical assassination prong is activated.
I haven’t committed suicide despite the illegal, often human rights abusing, tactics that I have suffered at the hands of the Stasi-like operatives assigned to me over the years. I will never commit suicide. However, I know that I will die a premature death decades before the average age of death for men in Canada due to the past and ongoing actions of the Stasi-like operatives assigned to me.
I receive death threats from the Stasi-like operative all the time. Despite the constant barrage of death threats, I am no longer afraid of death. The Stasi-like operative has taken everything from me. I don’t even have my health anymore. The Stasi-like operative has permanently damaged my lungs, which is corroborated by X-Ray images, and has permanently damaged my blood vessels, as part of its slow-kill physical assassination tactics.
In general, it takes a very long time for illegal activities to be disclosed. The reason is that most people when presented with legitimate-looking documents from an authoritative-looking individual will not question the accuracy of the contents. They will simply assume that the contents are accurate.
Extremely rarely, a brave individual with high moral integrity will appear. The individual will also be well-read. As a result, when presented with documents that paint another person in a negative light, the individual being attuned to the possibility of deception, begins to to question things.
Character assassination is real. If the individual has read about the documents released by Edward Snowden in 2013, the individual will probably investigate further.
The disclosure of illegal activities is a sign of strength. It takes a very courageous individual to do the right thing.
Unfortunately, there is a risk to disclosing illegal activities, such as endangering oneself. Even if the individual has taken precautions, such as disclosing illegal activities on an anonymous forum, the individual may be monitored, especially when there is a nondisclosure agreement.
Although there is the risk of endangering oneself, there are certain individuals with such high moral integrity and the belief in doing the right thing that to them the benefits outweigh the risks.
It is very rare for such an individual to come about, which is why it takes very long for illegal activities to be disclosed. Even if such an individual were to come about, there is also the possibility that the disclosure will be foiled, thereby further extending the length of time until the illegal activities are disclosed.
Because of the character assassination and financial assassination prongs, I will only be able to obtain a few legal aid certificates over the next year, if any. In addition, due to the same reasoning, I will be unable to retain enough private clients to sustain an economically-viable law practice.
Despite persistently looking for employment as a lawyer, I will be unable to secure any position, due to the character assassination and financial assassination prongs activated against me.
I will become even more impoverished than my current state, which would be quite dire. I currently live in circumstances that would be akin to living below the poverty line.
Because I am moving from Ontario to Manitoba, I will have to look for an apartment. In the past, while I was in Manitoba, the Stasi-like operative psychologically manipulated apartment managers to deny me particular apartments so that the only apartments available to me were ones that were preconfigured to allow the Stasi-like operative to carry out its depraved tactics against me with maximum effect.
Preconfigured apartments often have a secret entrance so that the Stasi-like operative can bypass the front door. This is particularly useful in buildings that have security cameras in the hallways. It also allows the Stasi-like operative to enter my apartment when I have the front door secured with a chain or latch. The secret entrance allows for entry into my apartment from an adjacent apartment, an apartment directly above, or an apartment directly below mine. The secret entrance can be very difficult to detect, if not impossible, because it is made to blend in with the other features of the apartment. In addition, because the secret entrance can only be opened from the Stasi-like operative’s side, this makes detection very difficult due to the hinges being hidden.
The only apartments available to me this time will most likely be a preconfigured apartment just like in the past. In the past, the Stasi-like operative has left tell-tale signs that it was in my apartment while I was in the shower or while I was asleep. There are periods when I am asleep despite the use of sleep deprivation tactics on me.
As the slide below suggests, the Stasi-like operative is inclined to engage in tactics that are similar to what a magician, such as David Copperfield, would use when creating the illusion of magically entering and exiting a locked room with seemingly only one way to enter and exit.
It is important to mention that when I refer to Stasi-like operative, I am referring to a unit that is comprised of anywhere from one to many individuals, depending on the context. The operatives work in shifts to cover an entire 24 hour period. I am never alone. There is always an operative nearby.
I have been overtly surveilled and harassed for many years by a Stasi-like operative. This has occurred no matter what city or province I am in. Harassment occurs both when I am inside and outside of my apartment. The Stasi-like operative harasses me primarily from adjacent units when I am inside my apartment. Units directly above and below can also be used. Because my current apartment in Ontario is on the top floor of the building, the roof directly above is sometimes used.
Because the overt surveillance and harassment occurs on a national level, it is my theory that the secret watchlist that I was maliciously nominated to be placed on by a school administrator is a watchlist that concerns national security. It is worth mentioning again that I have done nothing wrong, and I am an innocent individual who was placed on a secret watchlist after a disagreement with the principal of a school that I was attending. This occurred before I was an adult.
There is no transparency and accountability to the nomination process. The nominator is able to make whatever allegations they want, and the individual subsequently placed on the secret watchlist will never know that they are on such a watchlist. Due to the secret nature of the watchlist, there is no appeal process.
Because the secret watchlist concerns national security, it falls under the purview of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS). This Canadian taxpayer-funded organization may carry out threat reduction measures (TRMs) against individuals on the secret watchlist.
Since June 18, 2015, legislation was passed that allows CSIS to go beyond an information gathering role to one that includes the ability to disrupt targets.
According to a review conducted by the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency (NSIRA) which was published as Review of CSIS Threat Reduction activities: A focus on Information Disclosure to External Parties, “The CSIS Act does not provide a precise definition of ‘measures to reduce the threat.’ As such, CSIS has developed its own definition to guide its TRM activities According to CSIS, a TRM is ‘[a]n operational measure undertaken by the Service, pursuant to section 12.1 of the CSIS Act, whose principal purpose is to reduce a threat to the security of Canada as defined in s. 2 of the CSIS Act’.”
“Section 12.1 of the CSIS Act states that CSIS may only undertake a TRM if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the identified conduct is a threat to the security of Canada. TRMs must be reasonable and proportional in the circumstances, having regard to the nature of the threat, the nature of the measures, the reasonable availability of other means to reduce the threat, and the reasonably foreseeable effects on third parties, including on their right to privacy.”
I have not conducted any activity that can be identified as a threat to the security of Canada. The only activity I have been doing is trying my best to live a normal life despite having depraved tactics used against me on a daily basis. If my theory is correct that the Stasi-like operative using depraved tactics against me is CSIS or a third-party contractor that it has hired, then it seems that in the view of the Canadian taxpayer-funded organization, my simple existence constitutes a threat to the security of Canada.
I will list here the TRMs that have been used against me. The list is not exhaustive, and I am only including the most serious ones.
The Stasi-like operative assigned to me jars me awake whenever I fall asleep. It accomplishes this through loud noises or through the use of an unknown gas piped in from a nearby unit. The gas induces an involuntary coughing fit which causes me to wake up. The coughing fit usually lasts about a minute. I call the gas an unknown gas because I do not know what type of gas it is, but the Stasi-like operative using it obviously knows the type of gas that they are using against me.

I have discussed how the Stasi-like operative assigned to me carries out financial assassination earlier in this website. Financial assassination is a logical consequence of character assassination. Having the target blacklisted from gainful employment leads to financial destitution.
The Stasi-like operative has permanently destroyed my lungs. It pipes in an unknown gas from a nearby unit that causes involuntary coughing fits that last for long durations of time. The piped in gas makes it difficult to breathe. I have developed Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), which is a permanent disease, due to the actions of the Stasi-like operative assigned to me. The COPD and severe hyperinflation of my lungs have been confirmed on X-Ray images. My current symptoms are worse than they were at the time the most recent X-Ray was taken, which was over a year ago. I am a non-smoker and have never worked in an environment where there is exposure to chemical fumes.
When I am in my apartment, I spend the majority of the time in my bedroom because the apartment is small, and I share the apartment with other individuals. The adjacent apartment unit and my bedroom share a wall composed of two layers of drywall separated by a mostly hollow interior. Each layer of drywall is attached to vertical studs. Concrete is not used for walls that separate adjoining units in the apartment building.
The Stasi-like unit uses the mostly hollow interior of the shared drywall wall as a conduit for the unknown gas that they pipe into my bedroom as part of its slow-kill physical assassination.
Because of the unknown nature of the gas that is being maliciously piped into my bedroom, the gas may also cause other serious diseases to develop, even terminal ones.
Another way that the Stasi-like operative gasses me is by making use of the shared vertical shaft between my apartment unit and the apartment unit directly below. The shared vertical shaft is right next to where I am seated most of the time when I am in my bedroom. My bedroom is not large, and I prefer not to sit next to the shared wall of the adjacent apartment unit because that unit has a Stasi-like operative that pipes gasses through the drywall wall, which enters my bedroom through small crevices and gaps between the wall and the floor. The piped in gas also enters my bedroom through electrical outlets and light switches. As a result, the only option is to sit on the other side of my room where the shared vertical shaft is located, which unfortunately has the same problem, but at least I am not sitting that close to a Stasi-like operative. My bed is also very close to the shared vertical shaft, which makes it easy for the Stasi-like operative to deprive me of sleep by piping in an unknown gas that induces involuntary coughing fits of long duration, which jar me awake.
The shared vertical shaft runs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) ductwork between floors. The shared vertical shaft is square-like in shape with a duct that runs along the shaft. There is a lot of hollow space between the walls of the vertical shaft and the duct. The hollow space is used as a conduit by the Stasi-like operative. The Stasi-like operative pipes in an unknown gas to constantly attack me. The gas makes it difficult to breathe, and induces coughing fits that often last at least a minute in duration. This is aggravated assault and torture. The gas has led to permanent lung damage, which is confirmed by X-Ray images. It is possible that the unknown gas may cause a terminal illness in the future if it hasn't already. The piped in gas enters my bedroom through small crevices and gaps between the wall and the floor.
I have sent a cease and desist letter, but it has been ignored. I haven’t pursued it further. It would be an exercise in futility because the Stasi-like operative covers its tracks very well.
I have the windows of my bedroom open almost all the time, but the Stasi-like operative simply pipes in a greater quantity of the unknown gas, so having the windows open is not that effective. There are also restrictors that only allow the windows to be opened a small amount in compliance with the building bylaw. Keeping the windows closed is not an option because the gas that the Stasi-like operative pipes into my bedroom builds up, leading to extreme involuntary coughing fits.
The Stasi-like operative has manipulated the air flow in my apartment unit. They have created an environment so that the apartment unit has positive pressure meaning that air flows out of it, as opposed to a negative pressure environment where air would flow into it. When the windows in my bedroom are open, positive pressure results in air being sucked out through the windows, which also causes the constantly piped in gas to enter my bedroom through the drywall wall at a faster rate through gaps and crevices, rather than fresh air flowing into my bedroom through the open windows. It is easier to manipulate the airflow in an apartment unit in a building that has an HVAC system than in an apartment unit in a building without an HVAC system.
I have tried many things to rectify the situation, which has cost me a lot of time and money. There are too many ways for piped in gas to flow out of the drywall wall. A completely sealed drywall wall does not seem possible because when I am out of the apartment unit, the Stasi-like operative surreptitiously enters my bedroom and simply creates new gaps and crevices in the drywall wall allowing for piped in gas to flow through. Depending on where the gaps and crevices are, and the size of them, they can be difficult to detect.
About ninety-nine percent of the time, the air within the apartment unit, and hence my bedroom, only flows out of the open windows. The other one percent of the time, the Stasi-like operative reverses the airflow within the apartment unit so that air flows into my bedroom through the open windows. This is accomplished when there is negative pressure in the apartment unit, which can be easily achieved in buildings with an HVAC system. They do this on occasions when they spray chemicals off the ledge of the roof. My bedroom is on the top floor of the building, so the wind carries the sprayed chemicals through the open windows, even though they are only open a small amount due to the restrictors.
With respect to the piping in of an unknown gas that causes involuntary coughing fits of long duration, the Stasi-like operative also did this to me for two years in my previous apartment unit in Winnipeg before I moved back to Ontario. My previous apartment unit was in a building that also had an HVAC system, which allowed the Stasi-like operative to easily manipulate the airflow by creating a positive pressure environment within the apartment unit.
The situation is much more dire in my current apartment unit because the apartment unit is small, and I share it with other individuals, so I am confined to my bedroom for most of the time when I am in the apartment unit. I have resided at my current apartment unit for about two and a half years. The Stasi-like operative had preconfigured the bedroom that I am currently in so that I can be gassed to maximum effect. The Stasi-like operative had ample time to do this because they knew that I was going to be moving into my current bedroom many months before I actually moved in.
The Stasi-like operative operates on the premise of plausible deniability. It is easy to cover their tracks when gassing a target. Gasses dissipate, so there is no evidence of the Stasi-like operative's actions.
I no longer have my health. In addition to the permanent damage to my lungs, my blood vessels are in poor condition, which is consistent with constant exposure over several years to the unknown gas that the Stasi-like operative has been inundating me with.
I believe that the Stasi-like operative is using devices to generate harmful waves and rays that are then aimed across the shared wall between my bedroom and the adjacent apartment unit. The objective of aiming the harmful waves and rays at me is to induce illness ranging anywhere from short-term to terminal. As I explained earlier, the shared wall is not concrete. It is primarily composed of two layers of drywall separated by a mostly hollow space in between. Vertical wall studs hold the two layers of drywall in place, one layer of drywall on each side.
There were two incidents that I believe were undertaken to assassinate me in a quick manner. The Stasi-like operative is opportunistic, so when the opportunity to assassinate me quickly arises and they can plausibly deny their involvement, they will make use of the opportunity.
The first incident occurred several years ago and involved a vehicle while I was on a sidewalk.
The second incident occurred during April of 2024 and involved an individual. The fast-kill physical assassination attempt was partially successful, and I suffered injuries as a result. The Stasi- like operative has tried its best to cover it up.
During September of 2017, the Stasi-like operative sprayed corrosive liquid onto my face as it walked toward me on a sidewalk. Scars are still visible and palpable where the corrosive liquid drops landed on my face.
The use of an unknown gas piped in from a nearby apartment unit to permanently damage my lungs is also aggravated assault. My blood vessels are also in poor condition, which is consistent with constant exposure to an unknown gas. I have discussed this in more detail in the section above regarding slow-kill physical assassination.
The Stasi-like operative conducts surreptitious entries into apartment units. Cash has been stolen, and property has been tampered and vandalized.
I have experienced a lot of negative physiological effects due to the actions of the Stasi-like operative. The Stasi-like operative inundates my bedroom with unknown gases to assault me. The unknown gases may be used individually or in combination. The main effects are described below.
The near-constant use of an unknown gas on me by the Stasi-like operative causes nausea. The use of the unknown gas to assault me has produced an urge to vomit on countless occasions.
The Stasi-like operative inundates my bedroom with an unknown gas that causes involuntary coughing fits. An involuntary coughing fit is also known as a paroxysmal cough, which is characterized by sudden, violent, and uncontrollable coughing attacks. By violent I mean that the coughs are intense and forceful. These involuntary coughing fits are exhausting and painful. They make it difficult to breathe. The Stasi-like operative has used the unknown gas on me as a sleep-deprivation tactic on countless occasions.
There are irritants within the unknown gas that the Stasi-like operative uses to assault me on a daily basis. The irritants cause inflammation and swelling in my airways, which lead to the uncontrollable coughing fits.
Depending on the gas that the Stasi-like operative uses to assault me, it has on many occasions caused chest pain.
The gases that the Stasi-like operative uses to assault me often cause unusual sensations in my chest. The unusual sensations have a burning feeling at times.
The gases that the Stasi-like operative uses to assault me often cause dizziness.
There is no way that the TRMs described above that are used against me by the Stasi-like operative are reasonable and proportional, having regard to the nature of the threat. This is a clear violation of Section 12.1 of the CSIS Act. It appears as though the Canadian taxpayer-funded organization deems my simple existence and struggle to survive as a threat. As a stated earlier, I have done nothing wrong. I am an innocent individual who was maliciously nominated for placement onto a secret watchlist by the principal of a school I attended following a disagreement. The nomination and subsequent placement onto a secret watchlist occurred before I was 18 years old.
According to the CSIS Act, subsection 12.2(1) on prohibited conduct states the following:
“12.2(1) In taking measures to reduce a threat to the security of Canada, the Service shall not
(a) cause, intentionally or by criminal negligence, death or bodily harm to an individual;
(b) wilfully attempt in any manner to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice;
(c) violate the sexual integrity of an individual;
(d) subject an individual to torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment,
within the meaning of the convention against torture;
(e) detain an individual; or
(f) cause the loss of, or any serious damage to, any property if doing so would endanger the
safety of an individual.”
Subsection 12.2(1)(a) has been violated because I have been subjected to aggravated assault, slow-kill physical assassination, and fast-kill physical assassination tactics. An example of aggravated assault is the spraying of corrosive liquid onto my face during September of 2017. The scars are still visible and palpable where the corrosive liquid drops landed on my face.
Subsection 12.2(1)(b) has been violated because the use of smear campaigns, false-flag operations, circulation of fake dossiers about me, and tactics that cover-up the Stasi-like operative’s wrongdoing, are all wilfull attempts to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice.
Subsection 12.2(1)(d) has been violated because the use of an unknown gas to induce involuntary coughing fits of long duration, which has permanently damaged my lungs and blood vessels, is torture. In addition, the sleep deprivation tactics used against me is torture.
Paragraph 81 of the NSIRA Review document states the following:
“[redacted] NSIRA notes that CSIS cannot avoid responsibility just because the outcomes of an action would be effected by someone else’s hand. [many redacted words]. Where there is a sufficient causal connection between CSIS’s actions and the ultimate outcomes, the principles of fundamental justice apply to deprivations of life, liberty or security effected by external parties.”
The depraved TRM tactics used by the Stasi-like operative against me deprive me of life, liberty, and security of the person, which are all protected under section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. As the paragraph above states, CSIS cannot avoid responsibility for the depraved tactics used against me by a third-party contractor because there is a sufficient causal connection between CSIS’s actions and the ultimate outcomes.
According to the NSIRA Review document, “CSIS’s TRM unit is made up of [redacted] full-time employees and is responsible for developing and updating policies and procedures related to TRMs; it also provides support to operational units involved with TRMs”. The operational units may be third-party contractors that aren’t actually CSIS employees.
According to the NSIRA Review document, “during the review period, CSIS proposed [redacted] TRMs in total. [redacted] proposed measures involved an external party that had an ability to act using its own levers of control”. This means that CSIS has been outsourcing TRMs to third party contractors. The Stasi-like operative that has been assigned to me may be a third-party contractor, such as a private company, that carries out TRMs for CSIS for profit.
The NSIRA Review document has a Table that provides examples of the types of external parties involved in proposed TRMs, as well as some of the varied actions that they could take. However, the entire table which takes up an entire page is redacted.
The NSIRA Review document has a heavily redacted paragraph that appears to be discussing TRMs that impact the livelihood and relationships of individuals that are the target of the TRMs. It also appears to be discussing that individuals are entitled to life, liberty, and security of the person. Paragraph 40 of the NSIRA Review document is as follows:
“[redacted] The interests engaged where measures affect [many words redacted] can have significant and lasting impacts on the subjects and their families. For example, measures that impact the [many words redacted] interfere with [many words redacted]. Moreover, the associated hardships can affect the subject’s inherent dignity. The norms of our liberal democracy dictate that people in society should be able to [many words redacted]. When CSIS is assessing the reasonableness and proportionality of TRMs that can impact the [redacted] as well as assessing whether a warrant is required, it is important that the analysis sufficiently take these factors into consideration.”
Paragraph 49 of the NSIRA Review document states the following:
“[redacted words] Nevertheless, NSIRA observes that CSIS approved a TRM without knowing the actions, if any, that the [redacted words] was required to take under Canadian law or could take, pursuant to its [redacted words]. This information could have contributed to the assessment of the plausible adverse impacts of the measure upon individuals. [many redacted words].”
The above paragraph is perhaps suggesting that CSIS was wilfully blind in that it avoided acquiring actual knowledge of what the third party contractor would actually do in carrying out a TRM.
Paragraph 66 of the NSIRA Review document states the following:
“[redacted] For example, [many words redacted]. NSIRA expected CSIS to understand the ability of the external party to take action. As noted in some of the examples above, while CSIS always had a clear desired outcome for the TRM, CSIS did not always have an adequate appreciation of the powers and authority (levers of control) of the external party receiving the information.”
The paragraph suggests that CSIS has no control over the depravity of tactics used by the third party contractor carrying out the TRM on a victim.
The NSIRA Review document states that NSIRA made the following finding:
“[redacted] Finding 3: NSIRA finds that CSIS did not consistently document the outcomes of TRMs in accordance with its policy. Furthermore, CSIS policy does not require it to document the actions taken by external parties.”
The fact that CSIS has a policy that does not require it to document the actions taken by third-party contractors suggests wilful blindness. Wilful blindness is also known as conscious avoidance in which a party, despite having strong suspicions that another party is carrying out depraved actions, deliberately avoids confirming those suspicions to avoid acquiring actual knowledge.
In addition, the fact that CSIS has a policy that does not require it to document the actions taken by third-party contractors means there will be no record or evidence of any depraved tactics carried out by third-party contractors against victims.
Paragraph 83 of the NSIRA Review document states the following:
“[redacted] The CSIS Act is clear that when a proposed TRM would limit a Charter right or freedom, or would otherwise be contrary to Canadian law, CSIS must seek a judicial warrant. In NSIRA’s 2020 TRM Review, CSIS deemed that a warrant was not required for the reviewed TRMs, because it viewed the external party as responsible for taking action, not CSIS. NSIRA identified its concerns with this approach, and noted that consideration of the full impact of such proposed TRMs, including any downstream Charter implications resulting from the external parties’ actions could require CSIS to obtain a warrant before undertaking these types of measures.”
The paragraph above suggests that CSIS is using third-party contractors to avoid requiring warrants to be issued before carrying out TRMs that would limit a Charter right or freedom, or would otherwise be contrary to Canadian law.
Paragraph 86 of the NSIRA Review document states the following:
“[redacted] NSIRA fundamentally disagrees with CSIS’s understanding and approach to the legal analysis of determining whether a warrant is required for proposed TRMs.”
The above paragraph is self-explanatory.
Paragraph 88 of the NSIRA Review document states the following:
“[redacted] Finding 4: NSIRA finds that when determining whether a warrant is required, CSIS’s assessment is overly narrow due to a failure to appropriately consider the impacts resulting from external party actions.”
The above paragraph is self-explanatory.
Paragraph 91 of the NSIRA Review document states the following:
“[redacted]...NSIRA recognizes that CSIS’ threat disruption powers can be an effective tool to diminish a national security threat. While these powers provide CSIS with additional flexibility, they also demand heightened responsibility, given their covert nature and ability to profoundly impact, not only the subject of a given TRM, but others potentially captured by its scope…”
There are numerous other individuals that have been affected by the TRMs used against me. The effects on these other individuals are collateral impacts.
It is worth reiterating that it is my theory that the Stasi-like operative that has been using depraved tactics against me for years is CSIS or a third-party contractor acting as a proxy for them.
There are many reasons that logically lead to this theory. Although they have been discussed earlier, they are worth repeating.
First, I have been subjected to overt surveillance and harassment for many years. The overt surveillance and harassment follow me wherever I go, no matter what city or province I am in. This leads to the determination that the Stasi-like operative’s activities are national in scope.
Second, by virtue of being on a secret watchlist, even though I have done nothing wrong and was placed on the secret watchlist due to a malicious nomination by a school principal that I had a disagreement with, everyone on the secret watchlist is considered to be a threat to national security. I do not know what allegations were made about me when the school principal nominated me with malice many years ago. There is no transparency and accountability in the nomination process. Because the secret watchlist concerns individuals who are considered to be threats to national security, even though many may be innocent, the use of threat reduction measures against those individuals is under the purview of CSIS.
Third, only a federal taxpayer-funded organization would be able to have enough resources to carry out the overt surveillance and harassment, in addition to the depraved threat reduction measures used against me, for many years nonstop. Only a federal taxpayer-funded organization would have the jurisdiction to coordinate everything on a national level.
I can’t demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that CSIS or a third-party contractor acting for them as a proxy is behind the depraved tactics used against me. This is because the watchlist that I have been placed on is secret. CSIS will never confirm nor deny that I am on such a watchlist.
I would like to emphasize that I believe that the majority of people who work for CSIS are honest and law-abiding. If CSIS is using a third-party contractor in the use of TRMs against me, it may not be aware that the third-party contractor has been using depraved TRM tactics against me. Whatever the case may be, I believe that the individuals responsible for the use of depraved TRM tactics against me are rogue elements that do not represent the majority of CSIS employees.
In conclusion, although it is only a theory that the Stasi-like operative that has been using depraved tactics against me for years is CSIS or a third-party contractor acting as a proxy for them, it is a logically sound theory.

I am a licensed lawyer in Canada. If the Stasi-like operative is using such depraved tactics on me on a daily basis, then what types of tactics are they using on targets that do not understand the law, or perhaps do not even speak one of the official languages?
